All Sales Are Final — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a PDF guide has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Why We Have This Policy

Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded. To protect the integrity of our products and ensure fair access for all customers, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases after download delivery, or failure to read the product description before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable upon download
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
• The wrong file was delivered

To request an exception, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
